At Signature Stitch by Diksha, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Stock Products
For products marked as In Stock, customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order enters the processing stage.
Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Orders for customized, altered, stitched-to-measure, made-to-order dresses, suits, coord sets, shirts, or any product requiring customization are non-cancellable.
Once customization, tailoring, embroidery, stitching, fabric cutting, or any production work has started, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations for eligible stock products will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Right to Refuse Cancellation
Signature Stitch by Diksha reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if:
The cancellation request is made after 24 hours of order placement.
The order has already been processed or shipped.
Production or customization work has begun.
The product is made-to-order or specially manufactured for the customer.
